If I could have me a pet; I think it would be a Bassett Hound; they are just so damned cute; and the bark is great; or eny good ol' houn' dawg; like the houn' dawg on The Dukes of Hazzard.

It is 3 in the AM; and there are four full fire trucks on my street, with sireens and lots of lights; was it a jumper from the condo across the street? or a pain in the ass fire.
 The streets are alive in the summer haze; and sometimes the fires start to rage; because people are crazy from the heat; they fight, and retreat not.

What would you name it?

I would name him Dawg or Fred.
 If it was a she; then Precious or Frieda.
I know I know; Dawg and Precious are weird names lol

Dawg is funny. I call my dog dog most of the time. Precious is creepy, but if that's what you are going for...

Dawg it is; a male would be preferred ; I already had a bitch in my life; don't need another.

I hadn't previously had a male dog in my life, then we got the dog we have now that is a male, and he, while energetic, is a great dog. I've heard that male dogs were jerks, but not the one I've got now...
