This is a strange show that I didn't really do notes for so you can check out the following:

Live from Lucille 3Floor at the Bruns Art Studios it's adcp, this week adcp: Let's go golfing. Contact info. This show is a strange one. What you are about to listen to is an experimentalish show we recorded mostly on Lucille 2Floor which is an approximately 15,000 square foot empty concrete room supported by about 10 2 foot by 2 foot square concrete support pillars, into which we hit golf balls from an open doorway. We recorded the show using our normal microphone laying near the back of the room and my mp3 voice recorder laying near where we were hitting from. Needless to say, the sound quality is pretty poor, there is a ton of echo and a lot of times where you won't be able to understand what we are saying, but this show was intended to be more about the noise of the golf balls bouncing around the room and in that I think we did well.

The 2 mic setup leads to an issue of how I needed to combine the 2 sound files. I ended up lining up the first ball hit on the 2 tracks which apparently lead to some really weird echo that isn't too noticable until the end of the show, where it's very noticable. I understand that there should have been a slight delay between those first sounds but regardless of where I decided to line the tracks up, the sounds didn't synch up the way you'd expect... I'd suggest that unless you are ready to listen to some really strange and boringish noise you should probably skip this weeks show, but if you are willing to stick with it you'll likely hear something that has never previously been recorded on earth. Some things are really loud, so I'm sorry for your ears, but if you stay for this show you are my favorite diehard listener, really, really tell us what you think of this experimental episode.
